What would change if

The better your team is at the technical aspects of their jobs, the harder it becomes for them to communicate to people who don't share their knowledge level. Why? Because 1) they become so fluent in their expertise that they forget other people don't know what they know, or 2) even if they know other people don't know what they know, they struggle to know how to put what they know into words everyone can understand.

This training helps them learn to know their audience and adjust their language based on that audience. And it's not just theory. We give practical, easy-to-apply tools that they can use in meetings, phone calls, chats, emails, and presentations.
